Amazing and Friendly Caterers! Wedding at Cairnwood

“This is a little late of a review but my fiancé and I were supposed to get married at Cairnwood Estate but we had to change our venue for multiple reasons. While still working with Cairnwood, we worked with Lauren G. from Festivities and she was amazing and incredible! She was so incredibly thoughtful and worked through every single detail and idea with me and my fiancé. She was on top of everything and super responsive. We did end up going to the tasting which was MIND BLOWING. Lauren made delicious custom fall cocktails for us ( I keep trying to remember what she made because I want to copy it, it was SO good) and she even took the time out to make custom Harry Potter themed menus for the tasting to match our theme and I was almost crying! The pastry chef even went above and beyond to make us custom Harry Potter themed desserts that were not on the catering menu and I wanted to cry again! The people at Feastivities are incredible and kind people. Its honestly unfortunate we had to change venues and in turn, have to not have them as our caterers (it was honestly a very heartbreaking thing for me), but I'm telling you, you MUST hire them. They are truly awesome and provide such a great experience!”

Wedding Greystone Hall

We decided to get married and set a date about 4 weeks out. Feastivities was incredible to deal with. They had everything under control including a site visit in about 1 week. Ben, was very responsive to any changes we made and the night of the event he was everywhere helping when needed (including clearing dishes). The food was not only beautiful but delicious. The staff was so friendly that many of my guests commented on how nice they were- especially Nicki. I tend to be very critical, but I thought they made it a perfect celebration. I would absolutely use them again.”

Wedding at Stotesbury Mansion

Feastivities did a fantastic job on our wedding at Stotesbury Mansion. We worked with Karen most of the time and then Bernice. Both ladies were quick to respond, detailed, and absolutely wonderful. They were always working for and with us.

The food tasting was intimate and fantastic. If Feastivities weren't already a frontrunner, the food tasting would have sent them to the top of the list. Great options and everything was delicious.

Leading up to the wedding, we must have sent a million questions and Karen or Bernice always got back to us quickly. Even in the last week, there were last minute additions and Feastivities was flexible and easy to work with.

Owen made planning and executing a great wedding day at Thousand Acre Farm in Delaware enjoyable. He helped us adhere to our budget, was there for tasting and planning, and even stayed to clean up. If you want good food, great staff, and an amazing time at your venue, then Feastivities Catering is your choice. Owen Hutchison was our contact from the beginning, and it was clear that we chose well. Feastivities is the marvelous cater for our wedding at Christ Church. Great food that accommodates our taste/preference, a little bit of eastern flavor, great service and organization, great decoration, most important of all, Lauren is such a nice and responsible person to work with and I truly enjoyed the whole process planning the whole event with her and Feastivities. Did a great job with our unique venue! Wedding at Merion Tribute House
We were so happy that we went with Feastivities Events for our wedding! Caroline was amazing and so helpful throughout the entire planning process. Our venue was a little unique in its size and function and Caroline and the rest of the team did a great job working within the space. The waitstaff was wonderful and our “shadow” Nicole was so nice and made sure we were taken care of the entire night. Our food was delicious and everything was wonderful from start to finish! Wedding in Lancaster, PA

Feastivities is amazing!!!! They catered my wedding in August in Lancaster PA. We met Lauren at an open house for another wedding venue and had an immediate connection with her. We asked if she and Feastivities would travel the WHOLE way to Lancaster to cater our wedding and they gladly did! We thoroughly enjoyed going to the food tasting, it was fun, filling and the chef was accommodating and gracious. They were very concerned about food allergies and requests which we appreciate. Lauren met with us multiple times at the site. She was very easy to get in touch with and answered all questions quickly. After the wedding all I heard about was how great the food was and how wonderful the servers were. If I had another big event to plan/host I would hire them again!

Wedding at Bok Building

We got married at Bok Building and used Feastivities as our caterer. We truly had the best day ever and could not have been happier. Everything was perfect-- our food was amazing, and so many guests told us it was the best wedding they've ever attended. This all could not have been possible without our event producer, Lauren Guttilla. She went above and beyond (from the very first day we met), which allowed us to have the most incredible day. We always say we wish we could go back to relive it, and we would absolutely use Feastivities to do it all over again!

Wedding at Appleford Estate

Feastivities Events was our caterer of choice for our wedding at Appleford. Bernice was our event producer and she was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have put together the wedding without her. There were few parts of the whole day that Bernice didn't help out with. Truly more than I ever expected. In addition to all of her help, the food was absolutely amazing! We had several guests rave that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. After our tasting, I knew that I needed to eat more of our passed appetizers on the big day (they really were that good!). Bernice made sure we had a tray of food near us at all times during pictures, as well as someone to make sure we always had a drink. There also was more serving staff with Feastivities than any caterer that we looked into. This was important to us since we didn't want people waiting forever for their food! Dinner was served quickly and people were out dancing in no time. Another thing I noticed was that more people ate the desserts since Feastivities had servers moving throughout the estate with slices of cake and their adorable mini ice cream cones. Everything was so perfect and beyond what I ever thought it could be! Our wedding of over 200 people went off flawlessly and I honestly cannot rave enough!
